Meet Danielle Irving
CPT, Pilates Instructor, + Mom of 3

Healthy, fit living is not a workout session, it's a lifestyle. I have been physically active much of my life. What started as a love of sports, became a key factor in taking back control of my body. I suffer from Crohn's Disease, an irritable bowel disease. Keeping my body active not only helps me to look great, but most importantly to feel great.

As a PT, I believe in giving my clients safe, effective workouts that will help them feel, look, and move better. Whether you utilize the workout videos online, fitness challenges, or 1-1 personal training, let me empower you to finding your best self!
