Details

30 minute to full hour sessions available. Various types of cardiovascular, strength, and balance exercises tailored to the individual will be used to improve physical performance, weight loss, and overall health. Sessions can be programmed for beginners and for the most advanced clients. From simply walking to more complex movement, the possibilities are endless and FUN!


Cancellation Policy

Bookings for group classes will open 2 weeks prior to class and will close one hour before class begins. To cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum a 2 hour notice to avoid late cancellation fee.
