With this 4-week course, you will learn research-based essentials for pelvic floor and diastasis recti recovery. Each week builds upon the foundations of using breathing techniques, Pilates principles, and the pelvic floor to strengthen visceral core muscles. This program benefits women who suffer from: Weak pelvic floor - "leaking" Separation of the abdominal muscles (Diastasis Recti) "Mommy Pooch" Anterior pelvis positioning - "mom butt"


Cancellation Policy

Bookings for group classes will open 2 weeks prior to class and will close one hour before class begins. To cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum a 2 hour notice to avoid late cancellation fee.
